The Cybertech Universe's Dimension Driver is a medium-sized teleportation chamber that can transport any material inside it to any other universe, given made-up coordinates. The Artifact was created as a deal between a ?God and a human who both wanted to see new places. All valid coordinates are part of an arbitrarily defined list given by the God to the original owner.
